Litexco is a privately owned investment company established in the Principality of Liechtenstein in 1991 with the objective of investing in outstanding office complexes in emerging cities, taking a long-term view toward value creation and preservation, investing as a Principal rather than handling investments or acting on behalf of third parties. Along its evolution, Litexco has diversified its investments in agriculture and livestock, Private Equity Funds, Startups, art and antiques. In more than two decades of activity Litexco has invested in Argentina, Bulgaria, Brazil, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland.
The activity of Litexco is focused on two areas:

The active management of its portfolio by the branch’s team where the investment is located, under the strategic support and supervision of the international team and the Board.

Litexco’s strategy is based on selecting historical buildings of high architectural value located in prime areas, converting them into outstanding office complexes through full renovation project developed often adjoining new buildings, but always maintaining their architectural spirit, and their urban surroundings, creating modern spaces according to the technological requirements of 21st century companies.

Private Equity Funds and Startups
Many years of experience in contact with all types of businesses in a wide variety of markets has offered Litexco the opportunity to diversify its investments into Private Equity Funds as well as the early stages of business projects (Startups), mainly in the new technology and renewable energy sectors.
Since 2002 Litexco owns a 7.000 hectares farmland property in San Rafael, Mendoza Province, Argentina, where is developing several agricultural and livestock projects: cattle breeding and fattening, vineyards, walnut plantation and poplar forestations.

Art and Antiques
As a form of asset diversification, Litexco has acquired paintings and sculptures of modern and contemporary artists, as well as antiques belonging to the XII-XVII century period which, being rare and unique, are increasingly attracting the interest of international investors and are viewed as a long- term shelter to markets volatility and inflation.
