Litexco was established and has been consolidated as a Corporate Holding to develop investment activities in different geographic areas.
This structure, based on territorial diversification, enables the company to exercise precise control over the investment dynamics and growth in all the areas where the company operates and invests.
The three territorial sub-holding companies are controlled by the international holding company which also controls the group’s financial company, where most of the financial investments and transactions are concentrated.
