Human Capital
Litexco’s solid performance in its investment markets is firmly supported by  all its human resources. Selected and trained during the years of activity, the staff  has become one of  the  main assets of the company.
The Chairman and CEO is the centre of the administrative body,  which is made up of his personal staff and the Board of  Managers. They form an executive team responsible for taking all the company’s decisions.
The responsibility of the company in each country is assumed by the Heads of Branch who periodically submit to the Board  their reports about possible new investments that have been identified in the country, as well as an objective report about the control activity of the properties  and the ongoing investment projects.
The local staff has been formed and trained in the philosophy of Litexco and is advised locally by a recognised group of external technical experts and professionals, who keep all necessary information for our investment activity up-to-date.
