Activity
The activity of Litexco is focussed on two main areas:
• Management and analysis of developed investments.
• Analysis and development of new investment opportunities.
The first of these activities is based on the direct management of all the company assets, both property and finance-related, via local teams under  the international supervision of Litexco Headquarters.
The second activity area is focussed on the search, analysis and development of new investment opportunities in three differenced areas:
Real Estate, centred on the creation of high standard office complexes in the neuralgic areas and business centres of the capitals receiving the investment, with the aim of letting them to companies of international prestige.
Financial, primarily focussed on generating short-term incomes via Derivative Products.
Private Equity, mainly oriented towards the participation in Private Equity Funds and strategic holding, financing and support of start-ups in different sectors of activity, giving priority to investments and projects which favour the control of climatic change.
